- plain Greek yogurt - I used 2% Greek yogurt.
- fresh lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil - Good quality olive oil is key!
- Dijon mustard
- paprika - Use sweet, smoked or hot if you like spicy.
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
How to make Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes?
- First, preheat your air fryer.
- Clean and pat dry the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Place your potatoes into a bowl.
- Add oil, rosemary, garlic powder salt and pepper.
- Combine until the potatoes are coated well.
- Add the seasoned potatoes into your preheated air fryer.
- Try not to stack them on top of each other or they will not crisp nicely.
- Make this recipe in two batches if you have a smaller air fryer.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
- Make the dipping sauce as the potatoes are cooking.
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl until creamy.

Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers.
- Clean and pat dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Place your potatoes into a bowl. Add oil, rosemary, garlic powder salt and pepper. Combine until the potatoes are coated well.
