2 Ingredient Blueberry Jam
- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Place blueberries into a saucepan. Allow the blueberries to break down and come to a boil, about 5-7 min. over medium heat. Let simmer while covered, on low for about 30 min. Add in the chia seeds and let cool.
- Once cooled completely, place into the fridge for a few hours. The chia seeds will allow the mixture to become gelatinous.
