Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip is the perfect healthy dessert or snack! All you need is 5 ingredients to make this creamy and delicious treat.

As the weather warms up, I don't want to be in the kitchen baking. I'm a huge fan of no bake sweets especially during the warmer months. This dip is an awesome way to satisfy your sweet tooth without turning on the oven!
Why you'll love Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip:
- Healthy - This yogurt peanut butter dip is loaded with protein and healthy fats!
- Minimal ingredients - All you need is 5 ingredients.
- No refrigeration time - You don't have to wait to enjoy this dessert! Just combine the ingredients and serve.
- Customizable - You can change up the toppings and what your serve with the dip.
- Great for kids - Get your kids involved in preparing the dip and the board.
Ingredients overview:
- 4-5% plain Greek yogurt - I strongly recommend full fat yogurt. Full fat is superior. It tastes 1000% better compared to low fat yogurt. Plus, it's so thick and creamy.
- creamy natural peanut butter - Make sure it's nice and drippy. If it's thick and lumpy, it will not mix well. Do not use brands like Skippy or Jif. They are too thick.
- honey - This is the sweetener in the recipe.
- toppings for the dip - mini chocolate chips and shredded unsweetened coconut
Ingredient substitutions:
- Use blended cottage cheese instead of yogurt.
- Use almond butter or cashew butter instead of peanut butter.
- Use pure maple syrup instead of honey.
- Change up the toppings if you'd like - Instead of mini chocolate chips and shredded unsweetened coconut, you can use ground cinnamon, white chocolate chips or crushed peanuts. The options are endless!
How to make Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip?
A complete list of ingredients, amounts and instructions is located on the recipe card below.
Add yogurt, peanut butter and honey to a bowl.
Combine until creamy.
- Top with mini chocolate chips and shredded coconut.
- Serve with your favorite fruits and/or cookies + pretzels. I used apples, strawberries and graham crackers!
Recipe pro-tips:
- Use full fat yogurt. Low fat yogurt will not be thick and it's less flavorful. It will take away from the flavor and texture of the dip.
- Make sure the creamy natural peanut butter you use is drippy. If it's thick, it won't combine nicely.
- honey - You can use as much or as little as you would like depending on how sweet you would like the dip to be.
Serve the dip with...
- apples
- strawberries
- bananas
- blueberries
- raspberries
- graham crackers
- Biscoff cookies
- Oreos
- Nilla wafers
- pretzels
Dietary adaptations:
- gluten-free - This Greek yogurt peanut butter dip is naturally gluten-free.
- dairy-free and vegan- You can use dairy-free Greek style yogurt, but it won't be as thick and creamy. Swap out honey for pure maple syrup. Make sure the chocolate chips are vegan.
Of course, always check to make sure all the products you are using comply with the diet you follow.
Storage instructions:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
