Don't question the tahini, just do it. The deep nuttiness of the tahini pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the chocolate. Trust me! My boyfriend and I are in love with these bars. They didn't last long and I bet they won't last long in your house either. I will add storage instructions below, but I don't think you will need them.

What is the difference between a blondie and a brownie?
A brownie has a deep chocolaty flavor and is made with white sugar, cocoa powder and/or chocolate. Blondies are made without the cocoa powder or chocolate. They also call for brown sugar over white sugar for a rich molasses flavor. I swapped the brown sugar out for coconut sugar in my recipe for a more wholesome option.
This recipe has made me realize that I like blondies more than I like brownies. There... I said it.

How can I replace the egg?
I haven't personally tried this recipe without an egg so I am not sure.
