Grain-Free Cinnamon Date Bread
This super easy Grain-Free Cinnamon Date Bread is made in one-bowl with a handful of simple ingredients. It's grain-free and free of refined sugar!
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tbsp baking powder (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- ½ cup chopped dates
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until batter has formed.
- Spoon batter into a 9×5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
- Let cool completely and slice. Add some extra cinnamon on top if desired. I like slicing and freezing the loaf. Whenever I want a slice, I heat it up in the microwave.

Such a tasty and cozy bread. It reminded me of cinnamon raisin bread! I did half oat flour and half all purpose flour and it worked great. Also only used 2 eggs because that’s what I had on hand, still delicious.
