  • Greek yogurt - I love 5% Greek yogurt!
  • Dijon mustard 
  • extra virgin olive oil - Use a good quality oil!
  • lemon juice
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

  • 4 hard boiled eggs

  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh chopped dill - If you don't like dill, try fresh chives instead.
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt - I love 5% Greek yogurt!
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil - Use a good quality oil!
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
