
This Easy Broiled Salmon recipe is so simple and takes less than 20 minutes to make. It is beyond flavorful due to the mix of mustard, lemon, hot sauce, capers and spices. Pair this protein with virtually anything you desire. I linked a few suggestions below.

Easy Broiled Salmon
Ingredients
- 2 4 oz piece salmon
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- ½ tbsp capers
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together dijon mustard, lemon juice, hot sauce, capers, garlic powder, dried dill, salt and pepper.
- Divide the mixture in half and slather half of the mixture on each piece of salmon. Spray or drizzle ½ tsp olive oil on top of each piece of salmon.
- Place the salmon onto a sheet pan lined with foil and broil on high for about 12-17 minutes, depending on thickness of the fish.
