How to roast garlic in the air fryer:

First, preheat your air fryer.
Cut the tops off of the heads of garlic.
Ensure all of the cloves are exposed.
Place each head of garlic into it's own foil.
Drizzle each with olive oil and wrap tightly.
Place the foil wrapped garlic into the air fryer and cook.
Remove the foil wrapped garlic with tongs.
Allow them to cool before removing from the foil.
Simply squeeze the head of garlic and the cloves will just fall out.
Use it in recipes or spread it on bread with olive oil, flaky sea salt and pepper.
Recipe pro-tips:
Use fresh garlic for this recipe. Don't use the garlic if it's overly soft or dried out.
When slicing the top off the garlic, make sure all the cloves are exposed.
Wrap the foil tightly around the head of garlic so oil doesn't leak. It's not a big deal if it leaks out, but obviously... the less mess... the better.
If you're using smaller heads of garlic, shorten the cook time a bit.
Make up to 4 heads of garlic at a time.
If you spread the garlic on bread, make sure to use good quality extra virgin olive oil add THIS flaky sea salt.

- 2 heads of garlic
- 3 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- First, preheat your air fryer. If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 380 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers.
- Cut the tops off of the heads of garlic. Ensure all of the cloves are exposed.
- Place each head of garlic into it's own foil. Drizzle each with 1 ½ teaspoons of olive oil and wrap tightly.
- Place the foil wrapped garlic into the air fryer. Air fry at 380 degrees F for 22-26 minutes. If you're using smaller heads of garlic, shorten the time a bit. Remove the foil wrapped garlic with tongs. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the foil.
- Simply squeeze the head of garlic and the cloves will just fall out. Use it in recipes or spread it on bread with olive oil, flaky sea salt and pepper.
- If you spread the garlic on bread, make sure to use good quality extra virgin olive oil!
