How to cook broccolini in the air fryer?
A complete list of ingredients, amounts and instructions is located on the recipe card below.
- Step 1: Wash the broccolini well, dry and cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the stems. If the stems are very thick, cut them down the middle so they cook faster.
- Step 2: Put the broccolini in a shallow plate with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Use your hands and rub the oil and spices into the broccolini.
- Step 3: Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F. Place the broccolini in a single layer in the preheated air fryer. Cook for 7-9 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
- Step 4: Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon!
Recipe pro-tips:
- Be sure to preheat your air fryer for even cooking.
- No need to spray the air fryer with oil since the broccolini are coated in oil.
- Place the broccolini in a single layer instead of stacking or they won't cook well.
- If the broccolini stems are very thick, cut them down the middle so they cook faster.

- I don't recommend reheating the broccolini in the microwave because it will not be crispy.
