Wash the broccolini well, dry and cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the stems. If the stems are very thick, cut them down the middle so they cook faster.
Put the broccolini in a shallow plate with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Use your hands and rub the oil and spices into the broccolini.
Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F. Place the broccolini in a single layer in the preheated air fryer. Cook for 7-9 minutes, or until tender and crispy.
Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon!
