5 Ingredient Oat Cookies
- 1 ¼ cups GF oats
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup applesauce
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
- Use a 1 1/2 Tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press the tops down slightly with the palms of your hands.
- Bake the cookies for 9-15 min. in a 350 degree oven. Optional: Drizzle with dark chocolate. Store in the fridge.
