Firstly, these healthy 5 Ingredient Oat Cookies are so simple to make. They are made with oats, flaxseed, honey, applesauce and peanut butter. Add a drizzle of dark chocolate on top to make them extra delicious! Lastly, these cookies are gluten-free, sweetened with unrefined sugar and very easy to make!

5 Ingredient Oat Cookies

These 5 ingredient oat cookies are so easy to make! All you have to do is toss a few ingredients into a bowl and bake. They are only sweetened with honey and chocolate drizzle is optional.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups GF oats
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup applesauce
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients until well-combined.
  • Use a 1 ½ Tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press the tops down slightly with the palms of your hands.
  • Bake the cookies for 9-15 min. in a 350 degree oven. Optional: Drizzle with dark chocolate. Store in the fridge.
