Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup 4-5% cottage cheese 
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • First, add cottage cheese, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk to a high speed blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until creamy.
  • Add oats and cinnamon to a jar. Pour the cottage cheese blueberry mixture on top and combine. Place the lid on top, put the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
  • In the morning, remove the lid, add toppings of choice and enjoy! I added blueberries, Vanilla Almond Granola and almond butter.
