First, add cottage cheese, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk to a high speed blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until creamy.
Add oats and cinnamon to a jar. Pour the cottage cheese blueberry mixture on top and combine. Place the lid on top, put the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
In the morning, remove the lid, add toppings of choice and enjoy! I added blueberries, Vanilla Almond Granola and almond butter.
