- 2 ½ cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped raw almonds
- ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons pure honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Add all of ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Gently stir the granola halfway through and press it back down into an even layer.
Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it. It will crisp up as it cools.
Store the granola in an airtight container in the pantry. It should stay fresh for up to 4 weeks.
This recipe yields about 5 cups of granola.
1 serving is ¼ cup.
