Tahini Breakfast Cookies

These tahini breakfast cookies are so delicious and made with a handful of wholesome ingredients such as chia seeds, honey, banana and almond flour!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup gluten free oats
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • cup mashed banana 
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well-combined.
  • Use a 1 ½ tbsp scoop and drop cookies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press the tops down slightly with the palms of your hands.
  • Bake the cookies at 350° Fahrenheit for 9-12 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a cooling rack.
  • Store the cookies in the refrigerator.
