Tahini Breakfast Cookies
These tahini breakfast cookies are so delicious and made with a handful of wholesome ingredients such as chia seeds, honey, banana and almond flour!

- 1 ¼ cup gluten free oats
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup honey
- ⅓ cup mashed banana
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 egg
- ¼ - ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well-combined.
Use a 1 ½ tbsp scoop and drop cookies onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press the tops down slightly with the palms of your hands.
Bake the cookies at 350° Fahrenheit for 9-12 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on a cooling rack.
Store the cookies in the refrigerator.
