Super Easy Gluten Free Croutons are as simple as they sound! All you need is gluten free bread, avocado oil and spices to make these gluten and dairy free croutons.

8 slices gluten free sliced bread - I used Canyon Bakehouse 2 tablespoons avocado oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon herbs de provence salt & pepper to taste
First, cut the bread into cubes. (About 3 ½ cups)
Then, place the cubed bread into a large bowl with avocado oil, garlic powder, herbs de provence and salt & pepper to taste.
Use your hands to make sure the bread is coated evenly in the oil and spices.
After, spread out all of the bread onto a sheet pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. (Flipping halfway)
