Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats - Use gluten-free if needed.
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries 
  • ½ tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup - Use as much or as little as you would like.
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a jar or container.
  • Mix well until combined.
  • Place the lid on top and put the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.
  • In the morning, remove the lid and enjoy! Add some extra blueberries and lemon zest on top if you would like.
