5smallJapanese sweet potatoes cut into fries(refer to the image and directions above in the post to learn how to cut the potatoes)
1 ½tablespoonssesame oil
1 ½tablespoonsfurikake seasoning
Instructions
Toss the cut potatoes into a bowl with sesame oil and furikake seasoning.
Use your hands to make sure the potatoes are coated in the oil and seasoning.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer in an even layer. You may need to make this recipe in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.
If desired, sprinkle with extra furikake seasoning when they are done.
Note, I didn't use salt in this recipe because there is salt in the furikake seasoning. If you like your fries on the salty side, add some sea salt into the bowl with the potatoes, oil and furikake seasoning.
