Ingredients

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3-4 large ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute until creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy! I recommend topping the smoothie with whipped cream, pumpkin seeds and pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

General notes:

- Don't use pumpkin pie mix! Pumpkin pie mix has other ingredients besides pumpkin and it’s sweetened.
- I recommend full-fat Greek yogurt for maximum creaminess and healthy fats.
- Use more maple syrup if you like your smoothies extra sweet.
- Use dairy milk or non-dairy milk.

Storage directions:

This smoothie is best enjoyed as soon as you make it. It’s difficult to store the drink because the texture will change. You can store it for a day in the fridge, but it won't be the same.
