1.5ouncesgin- I used Bombay Sapphire which is a London Dry gin.
1ounceAperol
.5ouncelemon juice
seltzer
1small handfulice
1poursimple syrup (optional ingredient)- You can add simple syrup for extra sweetness if you’d like but I think it’s perfect as is. It will depend of your preference.
Instructions
First, add gin, Aperol, lemon juice (and simple syrup if you're adding it) to a cocktail shaker. Place the top on and shake well.
Pour the drink over a small handful of ice in a glass and top it with seltzer. Garnish with a lemon slice if you'd like.
