  • Place all 5 ingredients into a small microwave-safe bowl.
  • Whisk very well with a fork or a small whisk. Make sure there are no lumps. The mixture should get thicker as you whisk.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds.
  • Add toppings of choice and enjoy! I used blackberries, unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped walnuts and almond butter.
