- 2 sprays olive oil spray
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese - Crumbling a block of feta works better than pre-crumbled, but both work.
- 1 egg
- ⅛ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch salt and pepper - Use little salt because the feta cheese is already salty.
- 1 pita bread
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 4 halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
Heat a pan on medium heat with olive oil. Add feta in a circular shape in the middle of the pan. Crack an egg in the middle of the feta circle.
Lower the heat, season the egg with crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook the egg to your liking.
Heat pita bread on the stove until it's charred to your liking.
Spread hummus on top of the pita. Next, add the cooked feta egg on top. Lastly, top with cherry tomatoes and dill.
