Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 15 seconds.
Pour the mixture onto a quarter sheet pan lined with parchment paper into an even "squarish" shape. Don't spread it too thin or it will burn. I didn't spray my parchment paper and nothing stuck. I saw on social media that some people had issues with it sticking. If you want to play it safe, spray the parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
Let it cool completely before adding toppings and folding it over or adding toppings and wrapping it like a wrap.
