Next, add chicken breast to a bowl and coat in avocado oil and spices.
Heat a pan to medium. Place the chicken into the pan and cook 4-6 minutes per side or until the chicken's temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and slice.
Assemble all ingredients for the salad. Place the arugula, apple, feta, onion, pumpkin seeds and chicken into a salad bowl.
