Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a donut pan, grease it with olive oil and set it aside.
Mix together almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, eggs and maple syrup to form the donut batter.
Spoon about ¼ cup of the batter into each donut mold. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes.
Allow the donuts to cool completely before removing them from the donut pan.
Dip each of the donuts into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with desired about of sprinkles. Allow chocolate to harden by placing the donuts into the fridge for about one hour.
Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
