Ingredients
  

Ingredients for shishito peppers:

  • 8 ounces shishito peppers
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil 
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Ingredients for Lemon Yogurt Aioli:

  • cup 5% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cold water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon zest 
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make the dipping sauce. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl until creamy.
  • First, preheat your air fryer. If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 400 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers.
  • Place the cleaned peppers into a bowl. Add avocado oil. Combine until the peppers are coated in the oil.
  • Add the oil coated peppers into your preheated air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. If you have a small air fryer, make this recipe in two batches.
  • Serve the peppers with the dip and enjoy!
