First, preheat your air fryer.If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 375 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers.
Pat the salmon fillets dry. Then, remove the skin. Lastly, cut the fillets into cubes. Place the salmon pieces into a bowl. Add the sesame oil, honey, tamari, ginger powder, garlic powder, dried red pepper flakes and salt. Gently combine without breaking the salmon until the pieces are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned salmon into the air fryer basket. Do not stack them on top of one another. Air fry the salmon bites at 375 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Make the Sriracha Greek Yogurt Sauce as the salmon is cooking. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Remove the bites from the air fryer and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Serve them with the sauce!
I plated mine with a side of broccoli and a sprinkle of scallions as well.
