Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.
Place the cut chicken in a large bowl with all of the other ingredients and combine. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees F. Place half of the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry at 385 degrees F for 8-12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Mine was perfect at 10 minutes. It's very easy to overcook chicken. Check it at the 8 minute mark. Cook the chicken in two batches unless you have a very large air fryer.
Serve the chicken as you wish. I served mine with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
