1cupcreamy natural peanut butter- (make sure oil is completed stirred and well incorporated)

¾cupcoconut sugar
Instructions
Mix together creamy natural peanut butter, one egg and coconut sugar until incorporated.
Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Use a 1 ½ tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. First, press and flatten to form round disks. Then, use the back of a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 8-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
Transfer to a baking sheet to cool. They will harden as they cool.
