  • 8 halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chopped mini cucumber
  • 1 soft boiled egg
  • ¼ sliced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
