  • 1 cocktail shaker set

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 ounces tequila blanco/silver
  • .75 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice 
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 1 splash seltzer
  • salt and a lime wedge to rim the glass  - optional

Instructions
 

  • Optional - Rim the glass with salt (or Tajin Spice/Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning.) Add tequila, Aperol, fresh lime juice, orange juice and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker. Place the top on a shake well.
  • Pour the drink over ice, top with a splash of seltzer and garnish with a slice of lime. Enjoy!
