Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 flour tortilla - (6-8 inches)
  • 4-5 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 spray olive oil spray

Instructions

  • First, preheat your air fryer. If your air fryer has a preheating option you can preheat your air fryer. If you don’t have that option, you can run the machine at 400 degrees F for 2-5 minutes. Leave the machine running for about 3 minutes for smaller air fryers. Leave the machine running for about 5 minutes for larger air fryers.
  • Next, spray the basket with olive oil spray. Place the tortilla in the air fryer.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the tortilla leaving an edge for the crust.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce. Add any other toppings of choice. Don't add the basil now. It's just for garnishing. Don't go heavy on the toppings or your pizza will be soggy instead of crispy.
  • Air fry the pizza at 400 degrees F for 4-6 minutes. Allow the pizza to cool for 1-2 minutes before removing it from the air fryer with a spatula. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and slice.
