Preheat your air fryer to 360 degrees F. Rip the kale into even pieces. Tear away from the stem and discard it. The step is too tough.
Place the torn kale into a bowl. Pour the oil over and massage the kale. Make sure each piece is coated in oil.
Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper and Parmesan. Again, use your hands to make sure each piece is evenly coated.
Place the kale in a single layer in the preheated air fryer. Do this in two batches unless you have a large air fryer. Air fry at 360 degrees F for 4-5 minutes, shaking halfway through.
