Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed bread of choice -  I recommend sourdough bread, baguette or something nice and crusty. Stale bread is great! You can use crusty gluten-free bread also.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 pinches salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 385 degrees F. Cut the bread into ¾ - 1 inch cubes. Place the bread cubes into a bowl with olive oil and spices. Combine with your hands until all the bread is coated.
  • Place the bread into the preheated air fryer in a single layer. Cook the bread in two batches if you have a smaller air fryer. Air fry at 385 degrees F for 5-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Allow the croutons to cool before serving. Enjoy them on your favorite salad or soup!
