Vegan Mixed Berry Smoothie

5 Ingredient Vegan Mixed Berry Smoothie makes for a healthy breakfast or snack. Filled with frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, hemp seeds, almond butter and almond milk!

– frozen mixed berries – frozen banana – hemp seeds – almond butter – unsweetened almond milk or dairy free milk of choice


I added hemp seeds for a natural source of protein. Did you know that 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds contains about 9 grams of protein? How awesome is that!?

In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined.

Add in more almond milk, if needed. Serve over ice.

I added some coconut whipped cream, extra berries and hemp seeds on top!
