Skinny Spicy Margarita

This Skinny Spicy Margarita Recipe is refreshing, easy to make and tasty. I added in some unsweetened light coconut milk for a fun twist!

- thin jalapeño slices with the seeds removed - tequila blanco or silver - fresh lime juice - light unsweetened canned coconut milk - pure honey or agave - ice cubes


Add 3-5 slices of jalapeño slices into a cocktail shaker. Muddle with a muddler or back of a wooden spoon. Next add tequila, lime juice, coconut milk and honey to the shaker. Shake well.

Optional - Salt the rim of each glass. Pour salt (or Tajin Spice/Trader Joe's Chili Lime Seasoning) on a plate. Next, cut a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glass. Lastly, dip in the salt.

Add a handful of ice to each glass. Pour half of the mixture into each glass. Top each drink with a jalapeño slice and enjoy!
