Overnight Oats  with Frozen Fruit 

Overnight Oats with Frozen Fruit are creamy and so delicious! All you need is a handful of ingredients like oats, chia seeds and frozen fruit.

– old fashioned rolled oats – chia seeds – ground cinnamon – pure maple syrup – vanilla extract – unsweetened almond milk – frozen fruit of choice


Add all ingredients into a small container except for the frozen fruit.

Combine the ingredients with a spoon. Next, place the frozen fruit on top.

Place the lid on top of the container. Put the container in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight.

The next morning, gently mix the fruit sitting at the top. Then, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
