No Bake Chocolate PB Oatmeal Bars

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars are your new favorite healthy sweet snack or dessert. All you need is 6 ingredients to make these gluten free bars and no baking is required!

– gluten free old fashioned rolled oats – dates – honey – softened coconut oil  – creamy natural peanut butter – melted dark chocolate – flaky sea salt (optional)


In a food processor combine oats, dates, honey, coconut oil and peanut butter until crumbly.

Press the mixture into an 8×8 baking pan/dish lined with parchment paper.

Spread melted chocolate over the top. Sprinkle sea salt, if desired. Freeze for about one hour until solid and easy to cut. Slice into bars and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These are perfect for when the sweet tooth kicks in at 3 PM or as a dessert after dinner!
