– unsweetened almond milk – frozen mango chunks – fresh baby spinach – vanilla protein powder – shredded unsweetened coconut

In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are well combined.

Add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie, if needed. This will depend on the consistency of the protein powder you use. Serve over ice.
