Healthy Protein Chocolate Mousse

Healthy Protein Chocolate Mousse is made with 3 ingredients - Greek yogurt, dark chocolate and cacao powder. It's easy to make and so yummy!

This mousse recipe is the perfect healthier Valentine's Day dessert for two!

Add Greek yogurt, melted chocolate and cacao powder into your stand mixer bowl. If you don't have a stand mixer, you can use a hand mixer.

Cover and place the mousse into the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. It will get thicker as it sits in the fridge. Scoop it into individual cups with a cookie scoop.

Add toppings of choice. I used grated dark chocolate, flaky sea salt and sliced strawberries.
