High Protein  Air Fryer Bagels

15 minute Air Fryer Bagels are made with 7 healthy ingredients. These Greek yogurt bagels are yeast free, fluffy and delicious!

1. white whole wheat flour 2. baking powder 3. salt 4. plain Greek yogurt 5. egg 6. oil spray of choice 7. sesame seeds


– First, preheat your air fryer. – In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt and an egg with a silicone spatula.

– As the dough begins to form, switch out the spatula for your clean hands. – Begin to knead the dough until you have a round ball of dough. – Divide the dough into six equal parts with a knife.

– Add a sprinkle of flour to a cutting board. – Wet your hands. – Pick up one of the six sections. Roll the dough into a rope and pinch the ends to form a round circle.  – Repeat 5 more times.

– Spray each bagel with a little oil spray. Sprinkle and gently press the sesame seeds into the top of each bagel. – Spray the air fryer basket with a little oil spray to keep the bagels from sticking.

– Air fry the bagels at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Cook them in two separate batches unless you have a very large air fryer.
