This Healthy Popcorn Chicken is so fun and takes me back to my childhood! You can make this chicken recipe in the oven or the air fryer.

In a mixing bowl, combine egg and almond milk. In another mixing bowl, combine almond flour, breadcrumbs and spices.

Dip chicken cubes into the egg mixture then the breading mixture.

Place the breaded chicken on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle/spray the chicken with olive oil.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F for 12-16 minutes (turning once halfway through) until golden.

Serve the little nuggets with your favorite dipping sauce!
