Healthy Oat Flour Chocolate Muffins

These Healthy Oat Flour Chocolate Muffins are gluten-free, low in sugar and easy to make. They are super moist and made with simple ingredients like applesauce, almond flour, oat flour and honey.


– gluten free oat flour – almond flour – cacao powder – baking powder (gluten-free) – vanilla – eggs – unsweetened applesauce – olive oil – honey – dark chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the muffins until well incorporated.

Line a muffin tin with 10 liners. Use a ¼ measuring cup and scoop the batter into each muffin liner. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the liners and enjoying!
