Healthy French Toast

This is the Best Easy Healthy French Toast Recipe! I used Ezekiel bread to make my French toast, but you can use any bread you prefer.

All you need is  7 ingredients! 

In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, egg, cinnamon, vanilla and coconut sugar.

Place coconut oil into a pan over medium heat. Dunk the slices of bread into the liquid mixture (one at a time). Make sure you flip the bread to coat both sides evenly.

Then, place the slices of soaked bread into the hot pan. You should hear a sizzle when the bread hits the pan. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Serve with toppings of choice!

– nut or seed butter – fresh fruit – unsweetened shredded coconut – hemp seeds – chia seeds – ground flaxseed – maple syrup – honey
