To make the stir fry sauce, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, orange juice, ½ tbsp sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds in a small bowl until well combined.
Heat a pan on medium with the remaining ½ tbsp sesame oil. Add the chicken to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes per side or until the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Don’t overcrowd your pan. The chicken should be cooked in one single layer. If the pieces of chicken are on top of each other, they will not become golden, but steam instead. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
