Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Healthy Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins are made with whole wheat flour, almond flour, frozen blueberries, applesauce and honey. These muffins are an easy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

– whole wheat flour – almond flour – baking powder – vanilla extract – eggs – unsweetened applesauce – avocado oil – honey – frozen blueberries

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.

Line a muffin tin with 10 liners. Use a large cookie scoop and scoop the batter into each muffin liner.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool,  remove from the liners and enjoy!
