Healthy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

These Healthy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders are easy to make, crispy and juicy! You can also make this recipe using an air fryer.

– fresh chicken breast tenders – egg – unsweetened almond milk – almond flour – unsweetened shredded coconut – whole wheat breadcrumbs – everything bagel seasoning – paprika – olive oil

Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine egg and almond milk. In another mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, everything bagel seasoning and paprika.

Dip chicken tenders into the egg mixture then the breading mixture. Place the breaded chicken tenders on a pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle/spray olive oil evenly over the chicken.

Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden.

Serve the tenders with your favorite dipping sauce!
