Ground Turkey Egg Roll in a Bowl

This Egg Roll in a Bowl with Ground Turkey is an easy, healthy and gluten-free 15 minute one-pan meal. All you need is 8 simple ingredients!


Cook ground turkey in sesame oil on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and set aside.

Brown garlic in sesame oil. Add in scallions, mushrooms, coleslaw mix and ground ginger. Then, put the cooked ground turkey back into the pan. Pour in the coconut aminos.

Serve as is or over brown rice. I added some fresh scallion, sesame seeds and Sriracha over the top.
