Green Smoothie  Recipe

This Mango Spinach Smoothie is loaded with protein and vitamins. The best part is that you only need 5 ingredients to make it!

– milk of choice – fresh baby spinach – frozen mango chunks – vanilla protein powder – shredded unsweetened coconut


Add all of the ingredients into a high-powered blender.

Blend on high for 1 minute. If needed, add in more milk to thin the smoothie. This will depend on the power of your blender and the consistency of the protein powder you use.

Pour the smoothie into a glass. Serve with a straw. I topped mine with some extra shredded coconut.
