Gluten Free Croutons

Super Easy Gluten Free Croutons are as simple as they sound! All you need is gluten free bread, avocado oil and spices to make these gluten and dairy free croutons.

– gluten free sliced bread – avocado oil – garlic powder – herbs de provence – salt & pepper


First, cut the bread into cubes. (About 3 ½ cups)

Then, place the cubed bread into a large bowl with avocado oil, garlic powder, herbs de provence and salt & pepper to taste.

Use your hands to make sure the bread is coated evenly in the oil and spices.

After, spread out all of the bread onto a sheet pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. (Flipping halfway)
