Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake

Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake takes just about 5 minutes! It’s made with oat flour, cacao powder and sweetened with coconut sugar.

Combine all ingredients for the cake batter in a small bowl.

This is what the cake batter should look like. Then, grease a mug and pour the cake batter into the mug.

Microwave for 55-75 seconds until springy to the touch. (The cook time may vary depending on the power of your microwave.)

What size mug is best for  mug cake?

A taller mug is best so the batter doesn't flow over the sides when cooking in the microwave. Make sure the mug is microwave safe.
